Keep it simple and easy to use! I use simplicity in my designs; my approach is to avoid too much content clutter and flashy animations in websites, because I believe this can distract users and make websites unusable.
I do proper research and analysis prior the website development, followed by usability testing to make website compatible with W3C Accessibility guidelines.
I do hand-code websites which means I am always under control of the code I write.
